Offer and Agreement
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed primarily to his commercial or self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity which, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity.
These General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to future business relations with entrepreneurs without us having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of business, their validity is hereby objected to; they only become an integral part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
For all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs the following terms and conditions apply.
· Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract
The sales contract is concluded with CABLE CONNECTOR.
By placing an order on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude the contract for these articles. You can add any CABLE CONNECTOR products into the shopping cart without obligation. The contract is concluded by clicking “proceed to secure payment” in checkout page. It means you accept the offer of the goods contained in the shopping cart immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email or message.
You can correct the order information when orders haven’t entered the dispatch process by informing your account manager in advance in written notice. But orders containing customized items or in other special conditions cannot be changed or cancelled once they enter “processing” status.
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will be added. For orders delivered to PAN India there is no any tax needed to be charged for most orders. Only the orders including heavy or oversize items, you need to pay the possible tariff or import fee by yourself..
We accept the following payment methods.
During the order process, you will be directed to the website of the online provider RazorPay. In order to pay the invoice amount via RazorPay, you have to sign in or register (for a client without RazorPay account), identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment information. After placing the order, CABLE CONNECTOR asks RazorPay to initiate the payment transaction. It will be carried out automatically by RazorPay immediately afterward.
2. Credit/Debit Card
After you place an order and choose to pay by Credit/Debit Card, simultaneously you need to provide your card details at the next page. For security, CABLE CONNECTOR will not save any of your bank card data. CABLE CONNECTOR will ask your bank card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after ordering. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the Credit/Debit card company and the amount will be deducted. We do not add any credit card surcharges. However, a transaction fee might be charged by the issuing bank. You can contact your bank directly if you require more information regarding this.
Note for Payment Information: Your billing name, address and phone number must match the information that appears on your credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria without advance notification you if there is a suspected security breach.
3. Bank Transfer
On the checkout page, CABLE CONNECTOR provides bank account details for you to complete payment in bank. CABLE CONNECTOR Finance Department will check the payable amount and update the payment status regularly. You can also keep the payment receipt issued by your bank and send it to your account manager for a quicker response.

Terms of Delivery
1. Shipping and Delivery policy
We are always working to have your products delivered to you with love and care. Please read our shipping and delivery policy before making a purchase with us.
2. What is Cable Connector’s delivery process?
It takes one day for the order to processed and it is shipped within 48 Hours across India. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified on your given mobile number or email. And if by mistake the phone number provided by you is invalid we get in touch with you over the email provided by you.
- We use Fedex, , Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC Blue Dart express etc for our deliveries across India.
- We offer free-of-cost delivery within the country.
- CASH ON DELIVERY is available on all orders (except some products– mentioned on the product) Cable Connector team will call you for an order confirmationfor a cash on delivery product before we dispatch your order.
- Very Important – Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive, in order to claim any physical damage or missing product.No refund/exchange will be accepted without the video proof.
3. How long will it take for me to receive the order?
We dispatch the order on the next day itself but if the address / pin code / phone no. is incorrect or the pin code is unserviceable or if the comfimation from your end is taking time. Then the time taken in the communication between Cable Connector and the buyer could take some extra days for us to dispatch your order.
P.S: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities or political crises, and curfews, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you as soon as possible and we truly appreciate your patience.
